We Love our Red Apple Days Vendors

Our vendors are a huge part of what makes the Red Apple Days a success every year and it’s how we raise the majority of the funds needed to support our Volunteer Fire Fighters. All proceeds go to the Auburntown Volunteer Fire Department to help provide funds for much-needed equipment, gear, training, and investments in the future of the AVFD.

Vendor FAQ

When is the Event? The Red Apple Days Festival is always the first full weekend of August. In 2023 we will host the Red Apple Days on August 4th & 5th.

How Much Does It Cost? A Vendor Space at the Red Apple Days Festival costs $65 for a standard 10’x10′ booth space and $120 for a 10’x20′ booth space. For larger spaces, please get in touch with event staff at holly@redappledays.com

Are Vendors Set up on Both Days? We require all vendors to be in their assigned space and set up by 4 PM on Friday. The teardown will be after the event is over on Saturday. If special arrangements need to be made, please get in touch with Red Apple Days Staff.

Is there an additional cost for food vendors? No, we do not require any additional cost for our food vendors. Additional fees may be applied if a food truck or trailer is larger than the allotted space.

Is Power Available at the Festival? We can provide a limited amount of power to vendors requesting it, but if you require more than 110 VAC or more than 15 AMPs, we ask you to bring your own power source, providing it does not interfere with the event or exceed 65db. All vendors needing access to power should bring their own power cables.
